01162 | 6 months | Male | Axel is a 6 month old Border Collie Mix 🤷♀️. The minute he met his foster mom he acted like he had known her his whole life and was so happy to see her. Axel reminds us of the lovable yet goofy “class clown”. He’s always up for a game of tag with his foster siblings or just as happy throwing and twirling his stuffed toys around all by himself or chasing his tail. He’s still very much a puppy with lots and lots of energy so he needs an active family who will play ball with him, go hiking or make him a running partner. He likes cats but would be best in a home with dog tolerant cats because he doesn’t quite understand how much bigger he is so he plays a little rough.

Ricky and Lucy want a family that will get them out and about for some exercise. Both of them are very well behaved, house and crate trained. Lucy acts as Rickys seeing eye dog. He leans on her for help when he is having trouble seeing. He can see some just not as well as he once could. This doesn’t stop him from living his best life and having a great time in his foster home. These two cuties are available for adoption. Where you are, he is. He loves his people and wants to be by them all the time. Sunshine loves to go for walks and has been going to the park and walking 2 miles each evening.
